I ran SeaTools Basic Tests like SMART Status, Short Generic, ETC and it's passing all the tests. My Next step was to Install Sea Tools and CrystalDiskInfo and see what was going on.ĬrystalDisk just gives me an Unknown health status and no other information. Steam and all my games are on the drive and load times are incredibly long. Re-enabled the sata port and boot times slowed back down (40+ seconds).Ĭopying files to the drive takes forever. I disabled the sata port in BIOS and immediately saw boot times shoot up (3 second boot). I removed everything from startup and it's still locking up after logging in. I started noticing my PC locking up after logging in and loading apps. I think my Seagate drive is failing on me.ġ28 GB Samsung 840 Pro SSD set as boot drive.ģ TB 7200 RPM Seagate Barracuda as Mass Storage.
